Problem Solving services

Multiface helps teams to make speedy progress on problem solving projects.  The immediate objective of such projects is to solve the problems at hand.  The long-term objective is to achieve self-sufficiency.  Multiface acts as a facilitator ignored to lead the groups as well as providing the statistical and engineering know-how to tackle the problem.  Emphasis throughout the problem solving period results in minimum disruption to the normal operations.  To complete the problem solving cycle, Multiface also leads the discussion to error proof the solutions.

Implementation services

Multiface helps to design and implement company wide systems.  These include vertical systems such as problem solving as well as horizontal systems such as ISO 9000, SPC, etc.  The systems are designed with proper balance between the vertical and horizontal systems.

Speaking services

Dr. Hans Bajaria, president of Multiface, Inc. is well known speaker for integrating humor in his speeches. He is often invited to management forums as a speaker on the subject of integrating quality as a business discipline.  He has presented many talks on pros and cons of every popular quality topic emphasizing implementation strategies for the optimum benefit.

Auditing services

Multiface provides auditing services to evaluate the internal quality status of the company and delivers a scorecard for future quality directions.  The auditing includes interviewing of key personnel and a synthesis of their opinions.

“Six-sigma” services

Multiface works with companies to help understand and implement the “Six-sigma” quality initiative developed by Motorola.  Multiface, based on 20 years of quality science practice, has improved the “Six-sigma” concept from its original development. Multiface offers a much clearer interpretation of the “Six-sigma” concept and its implementation for company wide adoption.
